Bodywork
Bodywork therapy is personalized and combines guided exercise with therapeutic touch. In each private session, clients progress through controlled exercises on specialized Pilates equipment while receiving precise adjustments designed to release tension and improve alignment. Because this method blends touch with active participation, it requires a basic level of ability. It is not passive like massage and is more hands-on than a traditional Pilates session. For some people, building a foundation with Pilates or beginning with massage therapy may be the best first step.
